What started as one cabin in Wears Valley turned into four. We fell for this corner of East Tennessee the way most people do, one long weekend at a time, and eventually decided we’d rather share it than visit it.

Every cabin in our small collection is one we own personally. We picked the furniture, argued about the paint, hauled the fire pit chairs up the driveway, and hired the local artist who painted the floor-to-ceiling mural at Kelly’s Retreat. When something in a cabin isn’t right, it’s our name on it, not a corporate portfolio’s.

Day to day, Summit Cabin Rentals keeps everything running on the ground, cleaning between stays, checking hot tubs, and answering the phone at ten at night when a garage code won’t take. That partnership means you get local hands close by and owners who actually read every review.
