Before you book

Rental policy

These are the house rules for every Kelly's Retreats cabin. Booking a stay means you agree to them, so please read through before you confirm.

  1. 01

    Check-in and check-out

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or a late departure is sometimes possible depending on the cleaning schedule, so just ask and we will do what we can.

  2. 02

    Who can book

    The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must stay in the cabin for the whole reservation. Everyone staying should be listed on the booking, and the cabin cannot be shared with extra guests beyond the number booked.

  3. 03

    Pets and smoking

    Our cabins are pet-free so guests with allergies can breathe easy. Certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors, and smoking inside results in a deep-cleaning charge.

  4. 04

    Parties and events

    No parties, events or gatherings beyond the registered guests. Family reunions are welcome in our larger cabins when the whole cabin is booked and the headcount is shared with us in advance.

  5. 05

    Cancellations and changes

    Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund less the booking fee. Inside 30 days we refund whatever we are able to re-book. Date changes are handled case by case and depend on availability. Travel insurance is a good idea in winter.

  6. 06

    Care of the cabin

    Please treat the cabin like your own. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, missing items, and any charge that comes from breaking these rules. Hot tubs are drained and refilled between every stay, so they may still be warming when you arrive.
