What to expect when you write to us
A person reads every message
Messages come straight to Kelly rather than a call centre, so the answer you get is from someone who has stood in the cabin you are asking about. Most notes are answered the same day, and always within one business day. If your dates are inside the next week, say so in the first line and we will move you to the top of the pile.
Helpful things to include
Your dates, the number of adults and children, and anything that would make or break the trip: a dog travelling with you, a step-free bedroom, a work call that needs reliable signal, or a birthday you want set up before you arrive. The more of that we know up front, the fewer emails it takes to get you booked.
Already booked with us
Use this form for arrival questions, late checkout requests, extra nights or anything that needs changing on a reservation. Include the name the booking was made under and the arrival date so we can find it quickly. For anything urgent during your stay, the number in your arrival email reaches us directly.
Booking direct
You do not have to wait for a reply to hold your dates. Every cabin shows live availability and the full total before you pay, and booking on this site skips the service fees the listing sites add on top.
Groups and multiple cabins
Family reunions, wedding parties and work retreats often need two or three cabins close together. Tell us the head count and we will come back with the combinations that actually work on the same dates rather than making you check them one by one.
