What are the general rental policies and check-in details for Kelly's Retreats cabins?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Most stays require a two-night minimum, and renters must be at least 25 years old. Our cabins are strictly smoke-free and pet-free, though certified service animals are welcome. Free WiFi is provided, and local support is available day and night.

Pick your cabin, choose your dates on the booking panel, and send your details. Rates and availability come straight from our management system, and you'll get written confirmation by email.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible, just ask and we'll see what the cleaning schedule allows.
Most dates require a two-night minimum. Holidays, fall color weekends and special events may require three or more nights.
The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must stay in the cabin for the duration of the reservation.
Our cabins are pet-free so guests with allergies can breathe easy. Certified service animals are welcome, please tell us in advance.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the cabins. Smoking indoors results in a deep-cleaning charge.
No parties, events or gatherings beyond the registered guests. Our larger lodge is happy to host family reunions, just book the whole cabin and tell us your headcount.
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund less the booking fee. Inside 30 days, we'll refund whatever we can re-book. Travel insurance is a good idea during winter.
Yes. Hot tubs are drained, scrubbed and refilled between every stay, so they may still be warming when you arrive.
Some driveways are steep. In winter, four-wheel drive or chains can make the difference between arriving and not, check the forecast before you set out.
Every cabin has free WiFi. Mobile signal varies by carrier and ridge, so download your maps before you head up.
A local team looks after the cabins and is reachable day and night. For anything else, message us through the contact page and we'll answer personally.
At Kelly's Retreats in Tennessee, our rental policy requires the person booking to be at least 25 years old and stay for the entire trip. All of our cabins feature hot tubs that remain open year-round, which are drained, scrubbed, and refilled between every guest stay for your comfort.
